Inside vaulted ceilings, wooden beams, terracotta floors, stone stairs and fireplaces live in perfect fusion between past and present together with antique precious furnishing dating to the seventeenth-century from Tuscany the eighteenth-century from Piedmont the far east - Chine, Tibet, India - testimony of a collection of decades.

All the Rooms located in the Manor or in the Farmer Wing maintain and underline with precious details the ancient functions of the place, beautiful fireplaces and painted ceilings, traditional furniture. The Farmer wing restoration gave 6 rooms more contemporary where some exotic details tell us of remote places in China, Japan and Indonesia. The passion for different cultures are the result of a owner lifetime of explorations and travels, therefore no surprise if some small objects, testifying this love for the world heritage, just pop up now and then. Never fail the agnolotti with meat or the ravioli with goat ricotta and parsley, the specialty of our Chef Mary, her origins from Sardinia live in ancient recipes and in traditions which every days give us the possibility to enrich our menus with very tasty and sometime unusual dishes.
And then our menu continues with the main dishes, like Brasati, Arrosti, Gran Bolliti, rabbit, Sardinian lamb, game, vegetable cous cous or meat or fish, every kind of curries, then fish in all ways tuna, ricciola, bass, sword fish with cherry tomatoes and Liguria olives taggiasche, octopus bellavista, warm seafood salad.
The dessert trolley is vast each day proposes different sweets, the rice cake, jam tart, fruit cake, bunet, cream caramel, eggnog panna cotta, puddings, crème brulé, fruit parfait.
